Terms of Service for HostBng
At HostBng, we are dedicated to providing exceptional web hosting, domain registration, and web design services to clients worldwide. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, all clients must agree to the following terms and conditions:
Account Setup and Email Details
- We activate hosting accounts only after receiving full payment and verifying payment details.
- Clients must ensure their email address on file is accurate and up-to-date, as all account credentials (e.g., cPanel login details) will be sent to the registered email address.
- Providing false contact information may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
Payments and Renewals
- Our services, including domain and hosting, operate on a pre-paid basis.
- Payments can be made via bKash, Rocket, Nagad mobile banking, bank transfer, or check.
- Renewal notices will be sent via email 1 to 30 days before the renewal date. Failure to renew by the due date will result in suspension, and data loss will not be our responsibility.
- Clients are encouraged to use bKash for quick and convenient payments.
Late Payments
- All accounts are billed based on the initial activation date.
- If renewal payment is not made within 7 days after the renewal date, your account will be suspended.
- Accounts not renewed within 15 days of suspension will be permanently terminated. Email reminders will be sent periodically until deactivation.
Site Transfers
- Our team offers free site transfer as a courtesy service.
- We provide:
- 1 account transfer for shared hosting.
- 25 accounts for Reseller hosting.
- 50 accounts for VPS hosting.
- 100 accounts for Dedicated Servers.
- Additional transfers may require a fee. While we strive to ensure seamless transfers, hosting migration is not a mandatory service.
Prohibited Content
To maintain server integrity and compliance, the following content is strictly prohibited:
- Hacking-related content or tools.
- Sexual or adult content.
- IRC Scripts/Bots.
- Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers.
- Pirated software or warez.
- Hacker sites, archives, or programs.
- Scripts running cron jobs less than 30-minute intervals.
- Email marketing scripts.
- MLM or investment-related websites/apps.
Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
Backups and Data Loss
- Clients use our services at their own risk.
- We run weekly backups (on Fridays or Sundays) as a courtesy, but clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- Backup services are not available for accounts that have been suspended or terminated.
Cancellations and Refunds
- HostBng reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict account access at any time, with or without notice.
- Clients dissatisfied with our hosting services may request a full refund within the first 30 days. Refunds apply only to hosting services and require a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Refunds are not applicable for accounts suspended due to terms and conditions violations.
- If a refund request is denied and services are resumed, subsequent refund requests will not be entertained.
